Application note JCIM: 3D-e-Chem-VM: Structural cheminformatics research infrastructure in a freely available Virtual Machine

An application note has been published in the Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling detailing the 3D-e-Chem VM and its uses at http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/acs.jcim.6b00686

Also the virtual machine with all 3D-e-Chem datasets and software has been upgraded to version 1.3.0.
